An information discussion of common sleep disorders by Medical Director Anas Wardeh, M.D, Pulmonologist.

In partnership with Sleep HealthCenters, Milton Hospital now offers a sleep medicine program to assess patients while they sleep, diagnose sleep disorders, provide treatment and support patients with sleep disorders.

At the Milton Hospital-based sleep center, patients receive a specialized physician evaluation and consultation, diagnostic testing, long-term follow-up and care management.

Sleep HealthCenters is a network of dedicated sleep medicine centers accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Sleep HealthCenters is the expert in providing complete, comprehensive solutions to diagnose, treat and care for patients with sleep disorders and has affiliations with nine area hospitals, including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

Sleep HealthCenters' unique model of care provides referring physicians with a choice of services, based on your individual patient's needs. Choose an entire treatment plan from consultation through treatment, or only those services needed. Services and programs include:

o Physician Consultations and Evaluations
o Diagnostic Testing Services
o Treatment Options: including CPAP setups, oral appliances, behavioral therapy and medication
o Sleep Therapy Management Program: Each patient is paired with a Sleep Therapy Counselor, who is a specially trained respiratory therapist. Sleep Therapy Counselors work with the patient to provide the most appropriate and comfortable PAP equipment, depending on patient needs. Then, through a series of in-clinic visits, Counselors are able to provide ongoing support for successful adherence to PAP therapy and compliance monitoring.

Additional information about our services and clinicians can be found on the Sleep HealthCenters website.
