Blood Supply Critical! Give at Milton Hospital
August 15th
Milton, Mass. - Sooner or later, virtually all of us will face a
time of great vulnerability in which we will need blood. To help
ensure a sustained and secure blood supply, the American Red Cross
will sponsor a blood drive from 1pm until 6pm on Monday, August
15, in the Nangeroni Center at Milton Hospital. Milton Hospital
is located at 199 Reedsdale Road in Milton, off Route 28.
Nearly 5 million people depend upon blood transfusions every year
-blood is needed for the military, for other blood centers in America
and for all 5,000 of America's hospitals, not to mention victims
of earthquakes, floods, fires, storms - and also for the deeply
personal and often quiet disasters such as cancer and other illnesses.
