SCORE! Milton Hospital Donates First Aid Kits
to Milton Youth Soccer/Little League
Milton, Mass. – Milton Hospital was on the ball when it donated
more than $500 worth of first aid supplies to Milton Youth Soccer
teams, enough supplies in fact to outfit each of the 124 teams with
a first aid kit. Items include instant ice packs, band-aids, antiseptic
wipes and ace bandages. This is the fourth year that the hospital
has underwritten first aid supplies for Milton Youth Soccer. More
than 1,400 children, ages 6 to 15, play soccer during the season
that runs from September to November.
As the primary source in town for community based health care, we
consider it our responsibility to be able to support local athletics
with first aid supplies,” said Susan Schepici, executive director
of development and public relations. Schepici’s office is
in charge of organizing and donating the supplies.
In addition to supporting Milton Youth Soccer, Milton Hospital also
donates all of the first aid supplies to the town's baseball program.
