Interpreters
Patients requiring language services may contact the hospital's
patient advocate, or a designee, at 617-696-4600, ext. 1360.
Interpreters for our non-English speaking patients are available
at no charge. Multi-lingual interpreters are available through
both Inlingua International Language Services and Language Line
Services. These services allow patients and families to communicate
in 140 different languages and are available 24-hours a day. Language
service interpreters can assist during admission procedures, and
inform patients and their families about procedures, medications
and other important information.
