2014 Community Health Walk

Community Health Walk, September 27thJoin us for the 5th Annual Community Health Walk and Health Fair!

Lace up your sneakers and save the date for the 5th Annual Community Health Walk and Health Fair! Each year, the Community Health Walk generates much-needed funds for a variety of organizations that provide public health programs, but in addition to raising awareness for these great programs, this year's walk will also raise funds for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Over the years, Cardiac Rehab has helped patients learn about the necessary lifestyle changes to improve the quality of their life and improve the health of their heart.

The Community Health Walk serves as an outlet to help BID-Milton meet the needs of the community by providing outreach programs, health education, screenings, and funding.

This year's walk will take place on Saturday, September 27th from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Starting and ending at BID-Milton, enjoy a 3.1 mile (5k) walk through Milton's most beautiful streets, or if you’re a beginner, just follow our half mile course around the hospital campus! After the walk, visit BID-Milton’s annual health fair and kid's fun zone.

This year's fair will feature free screenings and plenty of family fun including:
