Milton Hospital’s community benefits mission is to provide free or low-cost programs that address unmet health and wellness needs of racially, ethnically and linguistically diverse communities of Milton, Randolph, Quincy, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Braintree and Canton, in a manner shaped by community input, aligned with hospital resources, and guided by our objective to delivery high quality care with compassion, dignity and respect.
Our goals are to: 1) provide access to affordable health care opportunities; 2) offer health and wellness programming to seniors; 3) develop programming that addresses health education deficits at local schools; 4) provide cardiovascular education; and 5) distribute grants to community health service providers whose proposed use of funds align with Milton Hospital’s goals 1 though 4.
