DEPARTMENT POSITION TITLE HOURS DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTING Controller FT Full time position available for a Controller.  Directs staff in managing the general accounting reimbursement and purchasing functions.  Responsible for maintaining appropriate controls and compliance with GAAP; maximizing reimbursements and collections; ensuring compliance with HIPPA and patient confidentiality policies.  Equivalent to a Master of Business Administration and /or CPA required, preferably with an undergraduate degree in finance.  Five +years experience required.                                            
ADMITTING Patient Service Representative FT/PT Full Time and part time  positions available.  High school diploma or GED required.  Computer skills and Meditech experience required.  Hospital experience preferred.
COMMUNICATION Switchboard Operator Per Diem Per Diem position available for days and evenings.  High school diploma or GED required. Switchboard and/or multi line office phone experience required.  Excellent computer and customer service skills necessary as well.
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES Environmental Service Aide FT Full time position available in the Environmental Services Department.  High school diploma or GED required.  Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare facility is strongly preferred. 
HEALTH INFORMATION SERVICES Director HIS/Privacy Officer FT Manage the daily operations of the HIS department inclusive of budget and staff.  Direct and oversee departmental processes to assure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory/JCAHO requirements as well as to hospital policies.  Evaluate, recommend and implement changes to facilitate effectiveness in the record keeping process.  Will serve as the hospital Privacy Officer, and will be a leader in the ongoing implementation of EMR.  Reports to VP Finance.  Demonstrated progressive supervisor/management experience in a HIS department required.  Credentials include RHIA and RHIT.  Meditech and EMR experience strongly preferred.
INFORMATION SERVICES Systems Analyst II FT Provides support for our users, applications and information systems. Responsibilities include analysis, technical abilities, testing, documentation, training, communications, and project leadership. Meditech experience with financial applications required. Minimum of 1 year experience with Hospital Information Systems. Systems Analyst II is expected to lead and supervise the work of others in absence of the Applications Manager. 
INFORMATION SERVICES Programmer/Systems Analyst FT Performs a wide variety of system analyst and programming and system analyst duties duties to support hospital personnel in their efficient use of the Meditech system.Ability to install new software modules, interfaces and upgradesAbility to audit software applications, troubleshoot problems and evaluate solutions.  Capability to custom design screens and reports using NPR Report Writer and SQL. Will aAnalyze, test, train and generally support the installation of new information systems and provide the ongoing support, optimization and maintenance of existing systems. B.S. or B.A. degree in Medical Technology, Programming, other health care profession, information systems, or related field. 3+ minimum years experience in programming (Meditech NPR report writer required and SQL preferred) and both implementing and supporting automated Hospital Information Systems, preferably Meditech.
LABORATORY Medical Technologist PT Part time weekend position available for a MT/MLT.  Minimum of two years hospital clinical lab experience required.
PUBLIC RELATIONS Public Relations Specialist FT Excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who has polished, precise writing skills, significant experience in media relations, graphic design, web maintenance and an understanding of social media marketing. Experience developing a variety of materials including press releases, bylines and online posts, internal and external publications and event planning. Must be results-driven, flexible, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, and possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to work well with a diverse audience including physicians, patients and volunteers. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related field of study, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint, basic understanding of database software. Working knowledge of graphic design software (such as InDesign, Photoshop) and web content management software preferred.  Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Public Relations and/or Marketing setting.
PUBLIC RELATIONS Public Relations Assistant PT Part time position, weekdays, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.  Superior verbal and written communication skills required.  Strong organizational skills, knowledge of g graphic design software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point are also required. Prior experience in a professional office environment is preferred.
RADIOLOGY MRI Technologist Per Diem Per Diem position for an experienced MRI tech available.  Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Program. ARRT and current MA license required.
REHABILITATION SERVICES Speech / Language Therapist Per Diem Per diem position to provide coverage as needed. Graduate of accredited Speech Therapy program sought for inpatient/outpatient care. Prior experience in healthcare environment is necessary.
REHABILITATION SERVICES Physical Therapist FT Full time position available for day/evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation.  Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a MA license.  At least one year experience in inpatient acute care preferred.
REHABILITATION SERVICES Occupational Therapist Per Diem Per diem positions available for a graduate of an accredited OT program.  MA licensure required.  1-2 years experience preferred.
NURSING DEPARTMENT

CENTRAL STERILIZATION		 Central Supply Technician FT Candidates should be a graduate of an accredited Central Supply/Central Sterilization program.  Experience preferred.  Will also consider a Surgical Tech who has experience working in Central Supply/Central Sterilization Department.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT RN PT

Part time position available for night shift with weekend and holiday rotation.  PALS, ACLS and excellent critical thinking skills are required.  3+ years ED experience and BSN preferred.  Current MA license required.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT Unit Secretary PT Part time days/evenings with weekend and holiday rotation.   Candidate must have one year of experience in an acute care setting.  Meditech experience preferred.
EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT Transport Aide FT/PT Full time, weekdays, 11am-7:30pm . Part Time, Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5:30pm.  Transports patients throughout the hospital to specific departments. CNA experience required.
ENDOSCOPY RN Per Diem Per Diem position available for experienced Endoscopy RN.  ACLS and PALS required.  At least two years of medical/surgical, outpatient, and GI nursing preferred.  Telemetry experienced preferred.  Current MA license.
INPATIENT UNIT (2N) Nurse Manager FT The Nurse Manager will assume the responsibility for the 24 hour management, function, and quality of nursing care provided on 2N.  At least 2 years medical/surgical experience and current MA license required.  BSN and leadership experience preferred. 
INPATIENT UNIT (2N/3N) Nursing Assistant PT Part time positions for all shifts available for experienced Nursing Assistant in Medical/Surgical Department. Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in an acute care setting.  Experience with Meditech preferred
ICU RN FT/PT Full time and part time, 11am-7:30pm and 11pm-7:30am shifts available for experienced ICU RN.  3 years experience and BSN preferred. MA RN license, ACLS required.
SUPPORT SERVICES/NURSING ADMINISTRATION

Nursing Supervisor

 PT/Per Diem Part Time position evenings and nights for an experienced Nursing Supervisor.  ACLS, MA license and five years of acute care experience required.  BSN preferred.
NURSING FLOAT POOL RN Per Diem Per Diem position available on medical/surgical floor.  Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in an acute care setting.  Meditech experience preferred. Current MA license, BLS, ACLS required.  BSN preferred.
SURGICAL SERVICES/OPERATING ROOM RN FT Full time  positions available for an experienced OR RN.  Current MA RN licensure required.  3 years experience & BSN preferred.
SURGICAL SERVICES/PERI-OP RN PT Part time position available for experienced PACU Registered Nurse.  Weekdays, with variable shifts and on call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.  Telemetry, ACLS and PALS are required.  Critical Care experience preferred.  Current MA license. BSN preferred.
