DEPARTMENT POSITION TITLE HOURS DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTING Accounts Payable Clerk FT Days, Monday-Friday. Performs a variety of duties to ensure maintenance and execution of the process of accounts payable.  Receives and manages invoices for proper processing of accounts payable.  Works with vendors to resolve invoice billing differences.  Accounts Payable experience required.  High School diploma or equivalent.
CENTER FOR SPECIALTY CARE Director of Operations FT Will provide leadership, direction, planning, monitoring and improving the overall performance of the center to achieve excellence in the delivery of patient care.  Accountable for Operational, Financial, Clinical, Quality and Business development activities for the Center.  Direct all physician practice activities that occur within the Center.  Bachelor’s degree in Health, business Administration or a relation field is required, Master’s preferred.  Five years of physician practice management experience.  Experience managing multiple physician practices across a wide spectrum of specialties preferred. 
CENTER FOR SPECIALTY CARE Physician Administrative Assistant  PT Provides day to day support and management for physician and physician practice needs performing administrative duties through extensive patient contact.  Associate degree or equivalent training and experience.  Three years experience in a healthcare environment working with patient records, billing and scheduling in a clinical setting and knowledge of medical terminology. 
DEVELOPMENT Vice President of Development and Communications FT Reporting to the CEO of the hospital, serves as Hospital’s chief development officer and will oversee annual funds, corporate and foundation giving, government grants, special fundraising events, major giving, planned giving, donor relations and all special fundraising campaigns.  Will be an active fundraiser who will have responsibility for major and planned gifts and personal cultivate and solicit a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects.  Accountable to create and maintain a best-practice Major Gifts Program.  Priority focus is on the strategic identification, cultivation and solicitation of individuals, with capacity to support BID-Milton at the $10,000+ level, in partnership with the CEO and Board.  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.  Master’s degree preferred.  Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) highly preferred.  7-10 years of experience in development (Healthcare/Hospital preferred) with demonstrated advancement to manage and lead a development staff.
DIETARY Dietary Aide FT/Per Diem Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm.  High school diploma or equivalent.  Will include a variety of duties to include:  cold food preparation, catering prep, serving food on tray line and in cafeteria, cashier, stocking and general cleaning duties.  Prior food service experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
HEALTHCARE QUALITY Data Analyst FT Days.  Successful candidate will provide analytic and project management support to quality and safety initiatives throughout the organization.  Will produce and maintain highly visible quality and performance scorecards and provide data support for implementation of key quality improvement initiatives.  This position requires strong analytic and organizational skills, initiative, ability to work independently and a willingness to help develop a robust quality reporting structure.  Bachelor’s degree in Business.  Experience with analytic/quantitative or operations in a healthcare industry preferred.  Demonstrated proficiency with quantitative analysis of clinical data and familiarity with Access.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY  PACS Administrator  FT Days with On-Call 24/7.  Responsible for the daily operations of the PACS and Powerscribe systems, associated Meditech interfaces and any other related hardware and software that support these systems.  Provides user support to the Radiology Department and the Radiologists for all of these applications.  Associates degree in Information Technology, Radiology or related field preferred.  Previous PACS and Powerscribe experience required.   Meditech experience preferred and knowledge of interfaces required. 
LABORATORY  Pathology Assistant  FT Days with weekend and holiday rotation.  Assist pathologist in performing gross examination and description of surgical specimens.  Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science or qualified as a Pathology Assistant.  Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a hospital setting preferred.
LABORATORY  Histology Technician Per Diem Perform routine histology, i.e., fixation, decalcification, processing, embedding, sectioning by microtome, staining and coverslipping.  Performs routine cytology preparation.  Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a histology technician, preferably in a hospital setting.
MAINTENANCE Painter  PT 20 hours per week.  Days may vary as schedule requires.  Weekend rotation.  Minimum of 2 years experience.
MEDICAL RECORDS Lead Coder  FT Apply the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to assigned inpatient, outpatient, and surgical day care and observation records for data collection, reporting and reimbursement purposes.  Coordinate workflow and validate coding accuracy of coding office staff/vendors.  High school graduate and completion of a coding certificate program.  3-4 years’ experience in an acute care hospital.  RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and CCS-P certification status preferred.
MEDICAL RECORDS Coder FT Minimum of a 2 year degree in a coding accredited program, to include medical terminology, anatomy/physiology, disease process, prospective payment system, ICD-9 CM and CPT-4 coding systems.  Minimum of 1-2 years coding experience in an acute care hospital setting.  CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA preferred.  
PHARMARCY  Pharmacy Tech
PER DIEM Experience preparing a variety of sterile products as well as familiarity with the recent guidelines from the US Pharmacopeia is needed.  Prior hospital pharmacy experience is needed.  PTCB required, certification preferred
RADIOLOGY Ultrasound Technologist PT Part time, evenings.  Must be a graduate of an accredited program in Sonography.  ARDMS required.  RVT preferred. MA license.  3-5 years experience
RADIOLOGY Cat Scan Technologist PT/PER DIEM Friday and Saturday night shift, 11pm-7:30am.  Graduate of an accredited Radiologic program and MA license required.  Minimum of one year’s experience. 
RADIOLOGY MRI Tech PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program and has a current MA license and registered with ARRT.  Minimum of  3-5 years’ experience in MRI.
RADIOLOGY Receptionist PER DIEM High school diploma or equivalent.  Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.  Experience in a hospital setting and Meditech experience preferred.
RADIOLOGY Mammography Tech PER DIEM Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, be registered by ARRT and current MA license.  Minimum of  3 years Mammography experience preferred.
NURSING DEPARTMENT

CARE MANAGEMENT Case Manager PT Days/evenings and every other weekend.  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Care Management preferred.  MA license.  BSN preferred.
EMERGENCY RN PER DIEM PALS, ACLS and excellent critical care thinking skills required.  ED experience required.  MA license.  BSN preferred.
ENDOSCOPY  Lead Clinical Nurse  FT Days, Monday-Friday with on call.  BLS & ACLS required.  BSN preferred.  5 years Endoscopy experience.  Previous supervisory experience preferred.  MA license. 
ICU RN PER DIEM Three years ICU experience and BSN preferred.  MA license and ACLS required.
NURSING ADMINISTRATION Director of Nursing Operations FT 10 years of nursing experience. 5 years previous management experience of inpatient and critical care. MSN required. Experience in Lean training, EMR and budget. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. MA RN license.
SURGICAL SERVICES Director FT Plans, directs, coordinates and evaluates the overall clinical nursing practice and administrative activities, including fiscal, material and human resource management.  Assess, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient care for the Operating Room, PACU, Endoscopy and CSR.  Develops, implements and evaluates standards of care/practice according to AORN, ASPN and SGNA professional associations.  Ensures that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.  BSN required, MSN preferred.  MA RN license. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a first-line manager/director.
